  Went to grab breakfast and coffee this morning with my wife. Drive through was packed so we parked and went in. We stood in line for a couple minutes and no one came to address us or the other people in line. The entire staff was working the drive thru and not one person was working the till. Lock the doors if you don't care about the business. Terrible experience.

  Brutal service, there is never an employee there when you need to order, the bathrooms are a mess, employees are verbally abusing each other behind the counter with kids around, throwing bags of food and never having anything in stock. Terrible business, not giving money here ever again.

  Terrible service! My wife and I ordered a breakfast bagel and a breakfast croissant, and it took 15 minutes for us to receive our order. Also ordered a cookie for our son and the cookie was very hard and did not seem very fresh at all. All of the focus of this location seems to be on the drive thru while dine in customers are left to wait and wait.

  Management is doing the franchise and staff a disservice by cutting numbers on duty. These poor staff have to put up with irritable customers while trying their best to please.

  No wedges with my combo, no sugar in my double double, and no change available at the till. All after being told the first two items I tried to order were sold out. It was an interesting trip to Tim Hortons for sure :)
